    This blade is no longer made by Cold Steel in the USA with the Carbon V steel. The knife originally had the black finish on there. When I received it the finish was in rough shape so I removed it. The black finish is still visible where the blade meets the handle.
    Still a solid blade!
    The sheath is original but is missing the button that secures the handle.
