Vintage Meerschaum Pipe with Wind Cover and Mother of Pearl Inlaid Stem

Description

From an estate.  Horse motif that references 1741, but I can't be sure which event it references.
Bowl has some yellowing from age. Wind cap works. Bowl is used but without significant damage. Stem is friction fit with cork and probably needs fresh cork.  One strip of MOP is missing. Pipe appears to be functional.
I am not an expert, so please ask for any additional info.
