This is a vintage vestment.
I searched around,
I haven't seen this exact pattern in use anymore.
They
currently
use these following patterns: (links as references to show this pattern is no longer made and has been replaced by a newer one featuring a cross in example 1 and 2 and the 3rd one has inserts and is not a surplice, it is a rochette).

This is how I know this (The Beau Veste surplice I am listing)
is definitely of an older production line.
I do not know if it is handmade or factory made, all I can say is is that it has withstood the test of time and feels durable. I don't even see the exact pattern on ebay anymore or as often. Only variations of the 3 examples. It is unique. I love the vestment and it adds to the solemnity of the occasion and the uniqueness of the sacred wardrobe.
The vestment has been lightly used for major feasts such as the Triduum and Christmas masses. I took great care to only (and gently) "steam" it so it gets the major wrinkles out. Due to the age of the sheer lace, I do not want to machine wash it. Not recommended. I feel it would need a special way to hand wash it so as to keep the integrity of the fabric and lace. (With very gentle products).
I am selling it because since I can no longer altar serve, I want a beautiful vestment like this to still be used or find some sort of use with someone who can value it. Hence, this listing.

Total Length from top to bottom: 36-36.5 inches
From neck to end of sleeve: About 29 inches
(In image, i denoted where the neck would be with a white circle)
Another sleeve measurement without consideration of center neck: About 24 inches
Collar area (
lower
): 8 inches
Collar area (
higher
) 11 inches
Center area where the ribbon is: About 14-15 inches

Other Measurements
I decided to take for maximum detail but didn't photograph:
Horizontal Measurement bottom: 33 inches
Horizontal Measurement Armpit to armpit: 26 inches
Horizontal Measurement Chest: 21-23 inches
In general, if I was to "guess" the size for retail, it would be a large.
I
didn't include these because the fabric stretches or doesn't stretch to form fit you. BUT I included it so you get a general idea. (If you want I can take a specific photograph of the area you want and can send it to you with measurement tape).
I also
took 1 Photo of it on a standard hanger (not a vestment hanger (the white hanger you see in some photos) so you can see how the fabric "falls" gracefully. It is sheer lace and it does have various ways of it falling, for the most part it forms to your figure. (If you want anymore measurements, please let me know.)
