VINTAGE ANTIQUE ALTAR CLOTH VESTMENT CATHOLIC LATIN MASS CALIF MISSION

Description

Part of an old southern California mission collection that is reportedly from San Juan Capistrano. Apparently, the entire collection was all sitting in water and has signs of wear, bleeding, etc.. Very old antique vintage vestment / altar cloth. The color green is ofte4n used during the pre Lenten season. It has beautiful color patterned detail on thew silk and has an embroidered cross attached one each side..on one side the color from a cross has bled onto the opposite side making it look like there is two crosses but there is only one per side... Use or keep for your display, it has FABULOUS PROVENANCE and it has NO RESERVE !
