This item powers on.  No further testing was performed, so it is being sold as parts/not working, as-is with no returns. Power cord is NOT included. It is unknown as to whether this unit is totally complete.  There are scratches, scuffs, nicks, dings and sticker residue on this item. Please see photos for condition and exactly what is included.
This item ships to business addresses only.  A dock or forklift is required for delivery.
