Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This lot is in Good cosmetic condition with only minor blemishes from prior use.  There are some slight marks on the mounting surfaces between the ATR accessory and the base, as well as old labels from service on the outside. The computer has minor scuffs from travel, especially on the bottom.
Notes:
We are not experts in the use of this instrument, but we were able to get it to run tests on 'background spectrum' and 'sample spectrum' runs without any errors.  It automatically made a new atmospheric correction method while we were watching. We got it to complete a Bench alignment process without any errors, and it was able to optimize/verify the laser frequency.  The IR source diagnostics, the laser diagnostics, the power supply diagnostics, and the Electronics diagnostics all gave 'good' status indicators.  The Noise Performance Test for DTGS KBr returned a "Pass" status.  Having been in a humid area, when we first switched on the Help menu came on with a "The humidity is too high" troubleshooter, but the humidity eventually fell into the acceptable range after running for a while. We were not able to figure out how to use the Specta software.  No other testing was done.
