    Outside diameter is 10-11/16, inside diameter is 8-5/16.
    Screw holes are  4-9/16" spaced apart on centers.
    The screw holes make a 9-5/32" diameter on centers.
    Is used to secure a 10" woofer outside dimensions onto the speaker box.
    Number on the inside of the ring is SKF2M1457A or SKF2M145ZA the 7 could be a Z.
    I took it out of a working SB-A32 3-way speaker system, everything is in working condition.
