SURPLICE (COTTA) J. WIPPELL (12)
This is a surplice made in England by J. Wippell.  Round yoke at the top and long sleeves.  It measures 3 feet 1 inch long.  The sleeve length from the seem near the neck to the end of the sleeve is 26 1/2 inches.  It is used, but overall in good condition.
