Excitation of the fluorescence radiation in the sample by an X-ray tube has been optimized so that extremely short measuring times with a high sample throughput are possible. Specially developed detector technology based on SDD allows unique analytical flexibility. With the SPECTRO xSORT it is possible to conduct laboratory-like analyses for all the important elements during analysis of rock, sediment and soil, Powders, solids, liquids, metals, etc... The installed processing and calibration modules ensure accuracies typical for SPECTRO’s laboratory XRF instruments, even for the SPECTRO xSORT. An analysis can be conducted within 30 seconds.

LOCAL PICK UP
All customers are welcome to pick up their product in person at our Warehouse, provided that prior arrangements with our eBay department have been made, which may include scheduling an appointment for your pickup. You will not be charged for shipping, however, there is a .00 handling fee for all purchases under .00. All local pick up customers will also be required to present a valid form of ID (drivers license or credit card) with the identical name that appears on their eBay account. This is so that no one else attempts to pickup your item. Please remember that any purchased product that is not picked up after 30 days will remain the property of MMT-ARS, LLC. Please remember, do not show up for your local pick up with out making prior arrangements through the eBay department, as the facility will not be prepared to handle your order. and we always want Happy Customers...

CRATING & RIGGING
All items that require crating will be assessed and charged for materials, and a small fee for labor… We try to keep this cost as low as possible… Standard Palletizing and Shrink-Wrapping fee’s are for standard pallets. for oversized pallets, and 0 for skids. Rigging fees (if applicable) for any item over 4000 lbs will be paid by buyer, MMT-ARS, LLC. hires a local rigger at very reasonable prices.

REFUND POLICY GENERAL

All refund claims must be made within 24 hours from receipt of product and all requests must be
in writing (e-mail). With the exception of a missing item all refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) and the item must be shipped back to us for inspection and processing. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping is not refunded...
REFUND INCORRECT ITEM
In the event that a customer receives an item different than the item that appeared at auction,
the customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shipping costs and
packing/handling fees related to that item as well as return shipping costs, up to the shipping
amount originally charged for the item returned.
REFUND SHIPPING DAMAGE
In the event that an item is damaged, beyond the condition stated at auction, the customer may claim up to the amount of insurance purchased on the package. We will be happy to help in any way we can... e.g. photo's, statements, forms, etc... We take GREAT care in packaging all of our items... and are always happy to go the extra mile to be sure your product arrives safely...
REFUND BUYERS REMORSE
In the event that a customer wishes to return an item for ANY reason which is not mentioned
above, the customer must contact us for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and mail the item back in the same condition that it was received. We will refund the
full purchase price for the item minus a 20% restocking fee. We will
NOT refund any shipping, packing or handling fees.
REFUND UNAUTHORIZED RETURN
In the event that we receive any item that does not contain an RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization) and to the extent that we can identify the item, we will refund the
full purchase price for the item minus a 30% restocking fee. we will NOT refund any shipping,
packing or handling fees.
