and in good cosmetic condition.  Unit was removed from a government (military) facility and the SD card containing the software was removed. The unit powers on properly and is in very good cosmetic condition.  All internal components are clean and in excellent condition. We used a power supply from another unit to power this system on and it is not included with this system.
The touchscreen display and stylus are in good condition.
All switches and connection points are in good condition.
We do not have a battery for the system.
The hard case opens and closes properly.
The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is very good with the exception of a few minor scuff marks located on the outer case associated with previous handling (see photos).
We do not have the necessary equipment to conduct any further testing.  However, this unit comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
