    Description

    Up for sale is a beautiful Ltd. Edition Buck 916 bowie knife that was produced in 2002.  Only 100 of these Ltd. Edition bowie knives were produced with Ironwood handles in that year.
    The blade and sheath on this knife are in Near Mint condition.  Though the knife has never been used, carried or sharpened, it has developed three stress cracks in the ironwood handles.  These are VERY tight cracks and nothing is loose on the knife, but the stand in the way of the entire knife being considered Near Mint.
    I am knocking 0 off the price of this beautiful piece to compensate for these imperfections.  Buck knives might, perhaps, stand behind its lifetime warranty on its knives and fix these cracks, if the new buyer is inclined to return the knife to Buck under warranty.
