Pocket Meerschaum and Briar Pipe in Case

Description

Stem tip is broken, but is present and fits and could be repaired, or replaced.
From an estate.
Meerschaum carving of a hunting dog over a horn, the bowl tipped with briar.  Case is intact and latch works.  An interesting little piece.
I am not an expert, so please ask for any additional information.
