The Molecular Devices SpectraMax 340PC Microplate Reader can run both standard spectrophotometer and microplate reader applications on the same instrument. This tunable visible absorbance reader is for 96- and 384-well microplates and acquires data in endpoint, kinetic, and spectral scan modes using wavelengths from 340-850 nm, tunable in 1 nm increments.
The SpectraMax 340PC features correction for varying microplate well volumes and the elimination of standard curves based on PathCheck Technology, the only temperature-independent pathlength correction method. For more sample throughput, the system can be easily integrated into a full robotic system and easily adapts to fit sample processing requirements.
The spectrometer comes with the original Molecular Devices dust cover. Aside from a pen mark near the Warning sticker on the top side, the spectrometer is in very good condition and is guaranteed to be in proper working order.
