This product is very stretchy.  As such, the sizing is done by waist size.  Small is 28-30 inches, Medium is 31-33 inches, Large is 34-36 inches, XL is 37-40 inches.
The white areas have two layers of fabric and the bottom portion is lined.
It includes 2 pockets for conveniently carrying some cash or an ID.
