Custom Hand Forged VG-10 Damascus Hunting Knife 3.15"
This small hunting knife of Damascus steel with a very comfortable grip is produced by Ryo Hidefumi, a new-generation knife artisan craftsman living in Okinawa, Japan.
The concave-convex blade design enhances friction, comfortable grip, increases the anti-skid effect, and improves the safety factor. The handle of the knife is handmade, carved and chiseled, and finely polished.The handle is made of precious ebony wood and is inlaid with enamel decoration.
Ryo Hidefumi is a student of Kikuo Matsuda . He has his own brand "King Sanshou" “金の三穫”, which means "three great harvests in one year" between Japanese farmers for greeting each other.
Ryo was originally a kitchen knife artisan craftsman. His Damascus steel kitchen knife works are well-known in high-end restaurants in Okinawa, Kagoshima, Kumamoto, and Fukuoka.
