We Want Eazy (to Install)
These casters are a cinch to install! To make things easier, turn your chair onto its side. Remove the current wheels simply by pulling them out of the base. Position your new Houseables caster by inserting the stem into the base socket. Replace all five wheels.

Carrier
Purchases will ship via USPS for smaller items and FedEx for larger items. An email will be sent informing you of your shipping method and tracking information when the item has been shipped. Orders are shipped directly to your PayPal registered address.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time for most shipments is estimated at 2-5 business days. Please note that shipments to remote or rural locations may require additional time for delivery as determined by the carrier.

We only ship within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, and P.O. Boxes).

Returns and Refunds

Standard Return Policy
Our return policy is 30 day money back guarantee from the date of shipment.
You may return the item provided it is new, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You will note that a re-stocking fee may apply. Items not returned in new, unused, unopened condition may be subject to an additional restocking fee.
A copy of the original packing slip must accompany all returns. Credits and Replacements will be processed within 2-7 days from the time the return is received.
This allows us the proper time to both inspect the item returned and to issue either a replacement or refund appropriately. A notification will be sent confirming the status or your replacement or refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
All refunds will be sent via the original payment method used.
Non-Defective Items
Return shipping costs for Non-Defective Items are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee on all orders being returned for any reason other than Defective/Damaged Items.
Damaged/Defective Items
Any item that is defective or damaged during transit must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the order. This enables us to process the appropriate freight claim and issue you either a replacement or refund.
Our policy does not honor items that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused.
Return Shipping Instructions
The item must be in original or secure packaging to ensure safe arrival. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
