    Description

    Make impactful prints with this beautiful contact printing frame made of a beautiful warm Cherry wood with oak pinned bridle joint corner construction. The pressure plate is made from 1/2 inch Baltic birch ply with a felt covering. The frame is covered in 4 coats of clear satin polyurethane. It is a very robust frame and should last a lifetime of printing. A very robust  heavy duty frame not to be confused with some of the flimsy alternatives out there.   Perfect for contact printing silver gelatin or any of the myriad of alternative photography processes like gum, cyanotype, van Dyke, platinum/palladium etc. Max image area is 10.75 x 15 inches. Max Paper size is 11 3/8 x 15 5/8.
