Carved Block Meerschaum Made Turkey Pipe Persian Man Head Beard Turban Aigrette

This is for a Vintage Carved Meerschaum Smoking Pipe with original band labeled:
Block Meerschaum - Made in Turkey.
The bowl is in the shape of a Head of a Bearded (Turkish? Persian?) Man Sultan with Turban + Aigrette.
Pipe is approximately 4-7/8 in. long overall. Bearded Man part is 1-3/4 in. high, 1 in. wide, and 1-3/8 in. deep. Good condition, but has a repair on one side (above ear), and a crack line at shank, see also pictures.
We found this in an estate we were cleaning out.
