Biotek FLx800T fluorescence microplate reader
is ideal for DNA quantification, FRET, Gene Expression, Protein Quantification, Kinetic Analysis, Cell-Based Studies, and more.  Fluorescence Intensity gives you a typical sensitivity of FLuorescein 5pM with anextended range of the TBIE model is from 340-800 nm. for both Fluor and Lum. microplate reader system
features robust onboard software that clarifyies data, of users can choose to operate through Gen5 control software. Gen5 allows you to graph, manipulate, and track data, as well as easily export information for reports.
The FLx800TBIE model includes a built-in incubation feature up to 50°C allowing you to run temperature-sensitive projects, top and bottom reading and an extended PMT detector.
