    Description

    Up for sale is my bifurcated UV-VIS and VIS-NIR fiber cable that is about 34 feet long.  One end has a SMA-905 connector and the other 2 ends have FC connectors.  The part numbers on one leg says FIP 400440480 and the other leg says FVP 400440480.  Basically, the way this cable works, is that one leg is optimized for UV-VIS and the other leg is optimized for VIS-NIR so between the two, you are good to measure 200nm to well over 2100nm.  Please view my 6th picture that shows one leg (the UV-VIS leg) displaying deuterium halogen and then my 7th picture showing the other leg (the VIS-NIR leg).   Although I am unsure of the brand of this cable, it seems of excellent quality and also very strong and sturdy because it is bound in a metal clad jacketing and then surrounded with a type of rubber coated jacket.  Thank you.
